طقم ايه سي ميلان الأساسي لموسم 2023/24

I purchased this kit for my son. I have purchased more than 6 kits, maybe more, from this company and have been super pleased with the quality, delivery and customer service.
This order has gone very badly and I will likely never use them again... for a start they delivered the WRONG kit (Liverpool not AC Milan). Over the last month I have asked multiple times on whatsapp, email through the website to try and replace what was a wrong order. But they have not responded to anything other than to say my shoes (same order) are not available in my size, and then to cancel my return "at my request".
No exchange, refund, or offer of other purchase for same value. As a long time customer, I am shocked and saddened.
Please avoid as I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
