Excellent initial delivery, however, after following the exchange instructions online as I need a different size, I was never contacted for the return or the required size exchange.
After several calls and messages on WhatsApp being ignored - I gave up.
Not great at all - I'm hoping this can be put right following the initial great delivery service.
